1.Domestic Shipping Policy (Within Kuwait)
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends
or public holidays
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time
We aim to deliver all orders within 15 business days from the date of order confirmation,

Within Kuwait Up to 15 business days
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has
shipped.
2.Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any promotional free
shipping offers will be clearly indicated on the website.
3.Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). The
tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4.Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Kafkw is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or
after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5.Delays and Exceptions
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Public holidays
- Unforeseen weather conditions
- Remote or difficult-to-reach areas
- Incomplete or incorrect address details
In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and expedite the delivery.
6.Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged in transit:

- We will work with the shipping partner to resolve the issue or send a replacement if eligible.
7.International Shipping Policy
At this time, we currently do not offer international shipping outside of Kuwait. If you are from
outside Kuwait and wish to place an order, kindly contact us directly.
